Details
The East Slopes route is still amazingly dry. Some snow packed on the trail below treeline and on the summit ridge so microspikes could be helpful, but not necessary. Gaiters recommended for a few drifted sections where the trail disappears.

Vincopotamus	Cold! 11/29/2012 5:55am Only stayed on the summit long enough to eat a snack and drink some eggnog, then headed back down. I'd guess it was in the low teens, and there was a steady breeze as well.
