Trip Report to come, but in case someone needs info before I can get that up...Nellie Creek is open up to within about .3 mile from the trailhead. There is a big tree in the road and a pretty big snow drift at that point. The stream crossings weren't too difficult with a Chevy Tahoe but could be tough for a smaller car. There are still large snowfields above treeline. Starting early and microspikes made it possible. There was some post-holing after 10am but pretty much just near the edge of a snowfield. Hopefully, I can get pictures and a trip report up soon.
