Feb 21 2009. The road leading up to Rocky Mtn Mennonite Camp is passable by any passenger car. From there to the trailhead I would recommend 4WD. Road leading to and the parking lot itself are completely covered in snow. We had an Xtera and were using 4-LO in 3rd gear. Expect a completely snow covered route from the Mennonite camp to the trailhead.
