Access road from Alma to Kite Lake fully open. Dry, dusty, rutted and heavily pot-holed roadway kept our max speed 10-15 mph the whole 6 miles, but 2WD cars are able to make it to Kite Lake parking area with careful attention to navigate around some larger rocks strewn in the roadway all along the way.
