I drove the Halfmoon Creek Road on Wednesday April 27th. At that time it was clear of snow and passable for 2WD vehicles to the Campground (1 mile short of trailhead). It has snowed recently and there may be some snow or muddy sections along the road, but the main winter snowpack has melted out up to the campground. 4WD vehicles could continue, but there were large sections of slushy snow across the road, sometimes a foot deep or more.
