And then you have to go add insult to injury

Haha, just kidding dude. I'm still a little bummed that Brian and I missed you. Looks like a fun line. Way to get it!!

Nice TR, great perspective, and a cool last pic from your last ski of the season.
You sure had a good one.

Life is too short to not live in Colorado

That is what I think about when I see the last photo.

I think the narrative is dynamite as well. You had a fantastic season, Ben, and you should be proud of your accomplishments.

I look forward to kickin' it with you and the rest of the clan real soon. Great write up, my friend.

Even though I am not a back country skier, I loved the TR. Great write up and that last picture says so much.

Beautiful end to a beautiful season, though I still think you and I need to ski more. Nice contemplative TR too. Me, I'm going for the endless ski season, since my boots don't hurt any more...

...on the great season. And that last pic aint too shabby, even if it is from a cell phone.

Who knows bro, maybe at this time next year (or the next) you'll be toasting to a completed season in the Alps....

;)

Your words ring so true with me ...

I'm getting a little misty-eyed, Mr. Benners. I, like you, never take for granted living in Colorado and being blessed with the ability to explore and play in many places most people will never experience or see. Thanks so much for posting. Happy trails!

I agree with you about that road! I didn't look forward to driving out of there recently! And I have clearance.

I saw your name in the register, and I thought you must have skiid it with doumall, because his name was in there too, same day too I think. (At least I'm pretty sure it was Joe's name)

Anyway, nice report and reflections on your season. Good luck with getting down peaks without skiing them!
