We drove my 99 Audi A4 1.8T to the junction of Halfmoon Creek Rd and Forest Road 110J. From there we walked to the N Halfmoon Creek TH. The walk up only took about 18 min. In hindsight I believe we could have driven all the way up with my car.
Here's a picture of our route (red for ascent, blue for descent):
We ascended the SW Slopes route and descended the W Slopes route. Summited S Massive, Mt Massive, Massive Green, and N Massive in that order.
The ascent route was very straight forward until we reached N Massive. I found the following pictures from the trip report mentioned above very useful for finding our way to the summit of N Massive -
On the W Slopes route descent, cairn spotting is challenging as you make your way down the valley. Eventually you will reach a highly vegetated area that is very tricky to make your way through. All I can suggest is that you look for a trail coming leading to the E just past the point where the creek winds around a small boulder field. Sorry for not thinking to take a picture. Make your way through the bushes, across the small streams, and eventually to the trail leading down to the forest below.
This is a beautiful loop route that seemed much more scenic than the E side of Mt Massive.
