Type 3 Fun (Holy Cross Couloir, Easter 2012)

The Cross Coulior has been on my list of ski descents for the past few years. Things finally worked out and we were able to get it done this past weekend. Here is a link to trip report that my partner wrote up on TGR.

Ive always thought that rapping out the bottom was the proper way to ski this line. I would prob summmit the standard route.

Well done!

The approach is physically challenging as is, so why not bring a rope and a rack and make it a technical challenge too. A creative and impressive twist. Nice.

This is really cool. Way to put some extra effort into something that's challenging to start with.
