I was up there again on the 11th (Jones, Niagra, American) via Snare. Great report and pics! It's a beautiful and secluded area! Ron

I fell in Love with American Pk last July 4th after summiting Handies from Grizzly Gulch and deciding to descend American Basin. The snow route choices on that mountain all look to be a blast. Thanks for posting.

I saw you on Jones while I was on Niagara that same day! I then traversed to Jones and American and saw you descending some strange route!

I guess it was me. I descended back to American Basin by NE Face route on American Peak (Roach calls it both NE and West Face at the same time).
P.S.> That is a pretty impressive list of climbs you've done this year, -- keep them coming!
