 Under and over it!

Here's my trip report from Thursday:

http://www.14ers.com/php14ers/tripreport.php?trip=12300

Today my oldest and I went back out to Stevens Gulch to summit Kelso. This is the only mountain we can say that we've been into and on top of!
The road was packed with vehicles that parked well below the trail head. There is one rough spot before you get to the old bunk house that really isnt that bad, my Forester cleared it no problem.
We hiked the trail over to Kelso ridge and headed twards Kelso's summit. The first few hundred yards on the ridge was worse than I expected. Alot of loose rock and errosion twards Grizzly Gulch. After that section it was smooth walking to the top.
