CMP, Flora, Eva a long cold walk.

Start: 8am
CMP: 9am
Flora: 10:20am
Eva: 11:35am
Return: 1:50pm

Did my second group hike this Saturday with the Colorado Scramblers. Had a great time even though the weather was a little cool.
The route took us up the road to Colorado Mines Peak, then over to Flora #1 and #2. The weather wasn't as nice as predicted but everybody dressed well for it. From Flora Peak #2 Dave and I took off for Eva. Eva was the last peak in this area that I had not yet been to. The wall on Flora's north side that leads to the saddle of Eva is daunting! It was a ten minute jog down but an hour return to Flora. We tried skirting around Flora at around 12,800' but when we got to the west side we found that it got too steep and had to trek up to the trail. In hindsite we should have just went straight up the wall on the return to Flora.
**NOTE** I didn't get everybodys name on the hike or take many pictures, please feel free to tag yourself or add photos.

Thanks for pushing to Eva. That was the last peak in that area I hadn't been to.
Anytime you need someone to tag along, I'm game.
