My first attempt was on 11/29. On that day I was the last person to start 10:15 am (It was a way too late as the people at the hotel told me).
I was about 1.5hrs from the summit after 4 hrs hike and decided to go back since it was 2:30 pm already and I could see the sun starting to disappear behind one of the peaks.
The following day I started at 7:45am from the parking lot but was lucky as I met two climbers with a truck and I saved around 30min. I made it to the top around 2pm (I stopped a couple of times to catch my breath and also to take some videos and photos). Even on that day (late November) the snow was really deep when you go above the tree lines).
MY ONLY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT YOU START EARLY BECAUSE IT REQUIRES AROUND 5.5HRS EVEN FOR EXPERIENCED HIKERS. My opinion is that some of the information online is misleading (3.8mi from the TH to the summit  , easy climb...). It is a very difficult climb during winter. But with all this, the view is TOTALLY worth it!!
