 Jones Mountain via American Basin

I figure some folks here might find this trip report useful this coming summer. When researching this route, I did not find a lot of other info out there on it and had to rely pretty heavily on Roach's book which offers a very brief description on the route up Jones Mountain via American Basin. I think the reason for that is because it is actually pretty straightforward once you are up there. I think it would also make for a pretty nice spring climb if you could access American Basin.

Here's a few shots from the main trip report over on my website. Hope you find it helpful. This coming year I plan to use some GPS devices and add GPX files to my reports. It feels good to be back in Colorado. :-)
