Thank you for posting this and the Bel/Ox report. I'll be heading out to Colorado next week to continue my own Over 55 challenge and am planning to do these two climbs as a solo/overnight. Beautiful photos!

Looks like you are doing most of your climbs solo. Good for you! Be careful out there, though. I carry a Gen 3 SPOT just in case I need to call for help.

Yep...I only seek a partner when I know I'm going to need some coaching through exposure. The amazing and very patient EAHaman got me across the Sawtooth and up Longs Peak with only minimal interference from my acrophobia! I also carry a SPOT and make sure lots of people know my route and schedule. Even though I always climb in the middle of the week, it's very rare that I've been completely alone on the mountain.
