Greetings~! This past week I had the opportunity to hike up Mt. Massive via the standard East Slopes route. The day was serene - beautiful wildflowers everywhere, minimal chance of storms, and the unending beauty of the Sawatch. The full round-trip of the matter took a little over six hours for me. Large crowds mobbed the summit, even on an early Wednesday morning! My trip-report is full of photography of the peak, sights along the route, and identified wildflowers. I hope I'm not in the zone of a trip report being just a "quick blog about the hike" - let me know if I am! I should probably start lumping trips together into single write-ups, although those would be very photo-heavy.
