Add your trip report here... We left Colorado Springs at 4:30 AM and got to the 4 wheel drive spot around 6:00 AM. We drove a jeep and 90% of the road was and we werent able to make it to the Humboldt peak trailhead. So we pulled off about a mile up the road onto one of the pulloffs and walked to the trail head, which took around an hour uphill. Going up Humboldt was not too easy ias it was rough and rocky. B,y the time we got to the saddle, storms rolled in so we headed back down the mountain. It took around two and a half hours to reach our jeep. The scenery is buetiful and I hope to climb it again soon.
