Drove to Kite lake in my sunfire, so no issues there. Pay the 3 bucks to park.

There are signs going to Mt.Bross that say the trail is closed. Just walk right by them and summit Bross. No 14er police up there..

One a side note the route description on here for the combo is a little dated. It says when you get to Mt.Cameron the you can by-pass this summit and walk around the north face. This is no longer true. That trail is closed for resteration. So you must go over Mt.Cameron to get to Mt.Lincoln.
