Accomplishments:
In 2001 we as a family accomplished our 1st 14er...Mt. Quandary. It was by far the most incredible experience for each of us! As a Parents to see our teens do this was incredible!! Our son and my husband both have type 1 Diabetes...it is just something that has NEVER stopped them from doing anything ...

this July 17th Casey and I climbed Mt. Elbert, this time just the 2 of us, as our kids are grown and couldnt make it...we were in awe of Mt. Elbert!! and proud coming from Wisconsin ...training all year and made it!!!
Goals:
Our goal is to come back next summer 2008 to hike our 3rd 14er for our 25th anniversary!! What better way to celebrate a life marker like a 25th!!! perhaps well renew our vows at the summit!!! any Ministers out there interested??
