Anyone been up this route? I am doing an attempt in mid to end of July solo, and looking for any firsthand account information using this route. If anyone wants to join, let me know as well.

I may be interested. I have done 3/4 of this route but didn't summit 2 years ago. PM me and let's chat sometime.

Re: Gannett Peak via Tourist Creek
I did that several years ago and documented the route on summitpost. What would you like to know?

Question about Minor Glacier. Is it actually a glacier (moulins, crevasses, rope needed) or glorified snowfield (crampons, axe)? As far as I can tell, it's just a permanent snowfield that doesn't move, though it could have some features like moulins.

No crevasses, no 'schrund. I used Kahtoola KTS aluminum crampons. I know Anton did the route w/o crampons or ax by mostly staying on the rocks on the steeper parts.
