Well done both of you! Awfully admirable, inspiring, and an incredible preeminent accomplishment.

Congrats Chalks! A nice accomplishment completed by even nicer people.
“There are two kinds of climbers: those who climb because their heart sings when they’re in the mountains, and all the rest.” - Alex Lowe
"There have been joys too great to describe in words, and there have been griefs upon which I cannot dare to dwell; and with those in mind I say, 'Climb if you will, but remember that courage and strength are nought without prudence, and that a momentary negligence may destroy the happiness of a lifetime. Do nothing in haste, look well to each step, and from the beginning think what may be the end.'" - Edward Whymper

The greater danger, for most of us, is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low, and we reach it.

Re: BrandonChristine Chalk seventh summit
Thanks so much everyone! Antarctica is such an amazing place. It was surely a special trip and experience - one of the best. We both really appreciate your comments and support. We are sitting in our little room in Punta Arenas now reading through them. We just returned to Chile early this morning and now off to do some celebrating with new friends and then to see Penguins and go to Torres del Paines this week. Craig, thanks for starting the original post.
Hope everyone had a great holiday and a wonderful new years!
