Holy cow - a brawl over rope fixing. Is that analogous to price fixing?

Wish I could find the time and resouces just to SEE the place ...

The title of this post sounds like something for pay per view.
I would rather sit on a mountain and think about God than sit in church and think about the mountains.

You should read the comments below the article; in particular, the ones made by (obvious) non-climbers/non-hikers.
Life is too short to pay full retail for outdoor gear!
