We climbed Kilimanjaro this past October and went with Zara. You can contract with them directly via their website (below), no need to go through a middle man. We were very happy with our choice.

One other small recommendation: I would also suggest planning your summit day on a full moon, if possible. We summited on a full moon and really didn't even need our headlamps.
