Ski and Snow Shoe Rentals
I'm going to be in Vail in late december and I'm looking for to rent a ski rack for our SUV and snow shoes. Ideally I'd like to find a place in Denver, does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks, CM.

I've rented snowshoes from Denver REI before - not sure about a rack though.

For racks, you might actually try calling some car rental places (off airport). I am not sure if they will rent them individually but they have removable racks. They might at the very least be able to tell you where they got them.

You might also want to check UHaul and places like that. I don't know, but they might.
