Holy Cross/Halo Ridge conditions
Has anyone been up to Holy Cross via halo ridge recently? My sister and I are heading up there this weekend and wanted to know what the snow situation was like. The last I heard it was pretty clear all the way up.

Yep, was there last weekend and carried an axe for no reason. Maybe two snow crossings less than 100' wide... enjoy the trip.... that ridge from the shack looks HUGE long and it is, bUT is awesome.

Check the trip reports. I posted one last week. Bring sturdy shoes, lots of water, and poles.
