All 3 are great hikes but I think I enjoyed the scenery on Yale the most. That said, the West Ridge on Tabeguache is a fantastic hike and passes through a gorgeous drainage that has a great stand of old bristlecone pines. You're virtually guaranteed to have the trail to yourself too which is particularly nice if the time you have blocked out for this hike is on the weekend.
