Centenial, Bi-Cents and Tri-Cents...

Postby RamanDestroyer » Thu Sep 06, 2012 7:19 am

Noob question... what the heck are Centenial, Bi-Cent and Tri-Cent peaks? I assume it is in reference to the highest 100, 200 and 300 peaks in CO but I want to know and remove some more of my nubness.

Thanks!

Yes, you are correct. Peaks that do not have enough prominence are "unranked" and are not included in these lists. Some of these include Conundrum, Cameron, North Maroon Peak, North Massive for example.
