Boulder fireworks viewing
Anyone knows if Saddle Rock (on the trail up Green Mountain) is a good place to view the fireworks in Boulder tomorrow ? If not, then where from ? And about what time will they go off ?

Re: Boulder fireworks viewing
That would be a fine spot, as would Royal Arch, top of the 1st or anywhere with a rocky perch able to see town. Fireworks in Boulder are supposed to start at dusk so sometime between 9-940p. Prob would be worthwhile to make sure you can see Denver as we usually have a nice long range view of those fireworks as well.

Re: Boulder fireworks viewing
In the past they have closed the trails around dusk, so you may check and go up earlier to be safe, if they are.

A lot of people hike up the Red Rocks (south of Mt. Sanitas) and watch them from there, too.
