Peaks/hikes near Pagosa Springs

Hey!

We are staying in Pagosa Springs for a week beginning 6/6/14. I was originally looking into taking on some of the 13ers near here, however, I realized they are only close to P.S. 'as the crow flies'. I was hoping to get some good hikes and maybe a few peaks to summit that are accessible from P.S.... I should mention that we do not have 4wd.

I was initially looking at Pagosa Peak..but it seems 4wd is needed for a large portion of the trip to get to trail head.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
