Seen by my neighbor en route to Cripple Creek. Any ideas?

Mount Arkansas (13,795') in the Mosquito range. Looks like it was taken from Fremont Pass looking south.

Ryan is correct. Here is a pic I took last summer from the top of Freemont Pass
...I take the mountain climber's approach to housekeeping - don't look down
