There are a lot of good suggestions here, but I want to second (or third?) the Lions Lair Trail mentions. Less crowded than most of the other suggestions, and a gorgeous, relatively gentle trail. (Built recently - unlike many Boulder trails, built to modern standards, and not eroded by overuse and flooding). The only downside is very limited parking at the trail head. (Though you can park elsewhere and make a loop of it with the Sanitas trail.) And as Eric said, a great running trail.

Though it occurs to me that I may be committing a Gore Range type faux pas, given that one of the main attractions of the trail is the fact that it isn't as heavily used as most Boulder trails.
