Overnight parking near Copper for Colorado Trail

A couple friends and I are planning on hiking some Colorado Trail this summer. We are starting near Copper Mountain. Is overnight parking allowed at Wheeler Flats TH or the Chapel parking lot? Are there fees or permits?
