Any GPS/Google Earth gurus out there?

I'm kind of baffled by this whole thread. IMO, editing tracks in Google Earth or Google My Maps is pretty easy. Oh well, whatever works for you...

I got here late but was going to suggest TopoFusion. The satellite pictures (USGS Imagery option) are great for adjusting tracks to an existing trail on the ground; you can move and delete individual points easily, or draw a track on the picture.
