does anyone know Max (kumo1341). He's a biology student at CU boulder.

I hiked greys and torreys with him a few weekends back, and he has all my photos from the trip, and i haven't heard from him since he left the mammoth park and ride to drive back home. His phone is going straight to voicemail, and it seems like he hasn't logged on since a day or so after the climb.

I'll send him a quick text - let you know if he responds.
You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know. - Rene Daumal
