Hunter Peak Beta????

Post by summitrider »

Does any one have any info on Hunter Peak? Wondering if there's a trailhead or is it all bush-wacking? Best approach? Thanks for any info in advance!

No, but something tells me I should.

The east ridge goes from the Conundrum Creek trail. There are some mine roads/paths which aren't on the topo map,
which can help if you can find them. According to one of the area's peak registers, the whole ridge which separates
Conundrum Creek from East Maroon Creek has been traversed, starting from the top of Aspen Highlands ski area to
Conundrum Pass.
