Nice climb! Glad it worked out, that was the highlight of last summer's climbing for me, I knew you would enjoy this one. Good seeing you both again! Elbert in February?

Really love that area. One of my favorites. I was able to hit Vestal just a few weeks back. Incredible mountain. Too bad the back side of it is so awful!

Yea no kidding, and the Vestal Arrow saddle is worse. First time I did that saddle was in October a few years ago and it had snow on it. This time it didn't. Never again. Descend down the Vestal/West Trinity saddle instead.mattpayne11 wrote:Too bad the back side of it is so awful!

I had no problems there but it was pretty nasty nonetheless.
