Does anyone have any beta for recent conditions on Pacific Peak's North Couloir?

Hit the base at 730 this morning - an hour or two earlier would've made the first part more pleasant. Runnel-ed snow under the Terrifying Bastard, firm neve past the dogleg. Just below the top out is starting to get icy but still fairly crunchy. No snowshoes, minor postholing on the way out, parked at 11K (4wd or at least high clearance). Some idiot partially blocked the tracks through the first drift at the 2WD TH and that was annoying getting around on the drive out.

Skied it a week ago. Plenty of snow in there and I'm sure it will ski well until July. Snow is a bit uneven and bumpy, but overall still skiing well down past apron. Made it from TH to summit back to TH in a little under 4 hours.

 What day? Care to share photos?

Did it in 4 Hours? A mathematician should be better at math

Are you done?

Pacific's North Couloir was in great shape early this morning unless you're looking for ice. There was almost no ice and what there was near the top presented no problems. I got solid axe plants almost every time. Never felt the need to pull out my second tool. I did pull out my inclinometer in several places and measured a max slope angle of 56 degrees on the inside of the dogleg.

Monster5 - thanks for the tracks!

Jeffskio - no open water on the tarn. You'll have to hold out a while longer for that swim. I'll post a picture when I get a chance.
