Lady Washington is 9 miles round trip via the east ridge and about 4000 ft elevation gain. Usually enough traffic on the trail to not need snowshoes and above treeline is usually wind scoured. It's class 2 but has large talus and you should watch for postholing through drifted snow between the rocks, especially early season. Closest 13er to Longmont with the mileage you specify. The last stretch is a steep slog though with no trail (gains 2000 ft in < 1 mile).

Mt Audubon would be the next closest/easiest aside from the road closure which will add mileage.

-Sniktau/Cupid/Grizzly : short and shouldn't need snowshoes in Nov. If you do just Sniktau or Cupid you'll spend more time driving than hiking.

No avy risk if you stay on route.
