I was just curious if the section of the recently updated routes will still be accessible? It was nice to go on and see new routes that you had added or that others had added to get some ideas of new routes or mountains to climb!

Thanks for all you do to keep us Rocky Mountain High!
Good point, I hadn't thought of that. I'll work on a "recent 13ers stuff" page, maybe on the home page. Thanks

You should have spelled "13'ners" correctly for the web address, the site would probably have gotten a lot more traffic.

It makes sense to redirect the 13ers.com domain since the same content is accessible on 14ers.com.

In the spirit of simplicity, how about removing the 14ers.com Facebook page? :barf off:

If I could, I'd remove FB entirely.

Just remember, that wouldn't be the outlet for the SS anymore, you sure you want that coming back here?

Personally, I've enjoyed the calm, more time to read Bierstadt trip reports.

edit: By the way, Herr Bill, I think its a smart move bringing the 13er pages onto the menu bar.

Greg, I meant FB as a whole! Now wouldn't that be nice?

But, you're right, I don't want the garbage back on here. :)

d_baker wrote:Bill, do you plan to make a 13er Routes tab like you have for the 14ers? I know you had a bunch of routes you've been putting up in the last year or two, and I think it would be a quick useful tool for those searching for the 13er routes.
Good work as usual!
I've done some work on the main (new) 13ers page on 14ers.com to provide quick access to routes, trip reports and panos. Look for the links on the right:

Thanks, Bill! At least I think "thanks". If this leads to crowded 13ers, then not so much... :)

Ha! I doubt it. The link to 13ers.com was on 14ers.com for many years, I just moved the link to the menu and put the route/peak content on 14ers. Users have also been able to create/view 13er TRs and checklists on 14ers for a long time.
