Most 14ers in 24 hours

Homie's record attempt and Eric's "Nolan's 14er" talk have got me thinkin lately. I'm sure there's no way to have an "official record", but what are some of the "mountaineering tales" about the most 14ers in a day? Don't worry, I won't try and break it.

Bierstadt/Evans, Grays/Torreys, Quandary, Decalibron and Sherman would get you 10 and I think are close enough to each other (for drives between trailheads) that a quick person could do them within 24 hours relatively easily. The next logical group with not too much drive time from Sherman would be the Bel/Ox/Miss group for 13. Not sure how much more you could get within 24 hours since the other big group (Lake City group of 5) is another 1.5 hour drive but would be the next logical group from the ease of mileage/vertical vs peak count ratio.

An ex-coworker of mine actually did the 10 above in a 24h period. Not sure on what routes he used, or if he followed the 3000ft rule, but that was his claim.
I could easily see those 10 going in 24h, and even starting looking at the logistics of adding B/O/M on (I think if one moved fast that would be possible, maybe in a few weeks when I recover ). PBakwin may know the answer to this question, but he's off on a speed hike of the JMT with a few friends right now.

Lighten up, everyone. These threads always take odd turns. Last winter, I made a post about "Hiking Partner Etiquette" and it eventually turned into a discussion about farting on the trail. Lighten up. And it's hardly political. He mentions Paul Ryan's name, in a joke. Big deal.

Following the 3k foot rule, how would this get done?

Start: Sherman 2 hours up, 1 hour down (+3h)
Drive: Sherman to Decalibron +45m (3:45)
Decalibron from Kite Lake road, possibly coming down the East Side of Bross +4h (7:45)
Drive: Kite Lake rd to Quandary TH +30m (8:15)
Quandary +3h15m (11:30)
Drive: Quandary TH to Grays/Torreys +1h (12:30)
Grays / Torreys from below the parking lot +4h (16:30)
Drive: G/T to Guanella Pass rd +1h (17:30)
Mt. Bierstadt from Guanella pass rd, over to Evans, down on the Mt. Evansroad +4h 30m (22:00 hr)

These are pretty optimistic splits but doable I'm sure. Just my first thoughts. This in itself could be some sort of FKT goal, called "14x10" or something. Would be easier if you started wherever and didn't worry about 3k feet.
