Congratulations! It is nice to see other father/son teams on these peaks. Next up, something difficult such as an unguided expedition up Mt. Sunflower?

Wow! I'd say fantastic, but that word might be too long for Axel to read. All hail the King of the First Grade Mountain Men!

Hmm, lets see, around that age I was.....

[x] Taking long naps after lunch
[x] Drawing stick figures
[x] Thinking I was big-time for hiking the Arbuckle "Mts" in Oklahoma
[ ] Completing 58 14ers

This is awesome. Congratulations Axel!

Congratulations Axel! (and proud papa)...

Having a 6 year old boy myself, I am blown away at the committment level and awesome acheivement of both of you two. Those are great photos too; thanks for sharing them. Six seems to be the age where they insist on taking favorite toys everywhere they are asked to go and I see Sneffels was no exception!

Again, congrats! Big things ahead for that young man...

Good job!
I'm slow and fat. Unfortunately, those are my good qualities.

What an amazing achievement to accomplish at such a young age. The world is truly your oyster, Axel. I can't wait to see what you accomplish in your life. In other news, it is a little depressing to know that a 6 year old has accomplished more in his short life, then I have in my life. :-k

WOW!! I was so impressed with my daughter when she climbed Wetterhorn at age 6; I can't imagine having taken on the challenge of ALL 58 when she was that age!! Congrats Axel and Calvin, and Andrew - fantastic and impressive work!
