The Schmatterhorn

Post by Wish I lived in CO »

For those old enough to remember, here's Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam having fun on the Schmatterhorn.

It's complete with guns and drunk dogs, not to mention out of control glissading, rock fall, avalanches, and a rope gaff.

Some good humor for those that grew up with the Loony Tunes.

For extra credit, at 1:53 is that class 3 or 4 climbing, and what 5 pitch at 4:10 ? 50,000 kronkits to the winner!

I look up to the mountains - does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth! Psalm 121:1-2

Ha! That’s funny!

“Piker’s Peak” for one :-D

At 3:xx– the origin of Multi-tools? Before they were invented too! The Leatherman didn’t come out until 1983 yet this Looney tune was made in 1957.

Really strict LNT followers might get offended - did that drunk dog throw his martini fixin's?

In case of multi-tool, Swiss Army knife is much older than Leathermann..
