I'll check with my vet. Since fox, wolves, and coyotes go all day long without eye protection all winter eye protection must be specific to only a few breeds.
Homo sapiens surely aren't the only species that suffer from snow blindness? Why aren't our eyes evolved for snow?

Our dog only wears the doggles for riding on the snowmobile - we worried about freezing her eyes, as she wasn't blinking often and wanted to see everything!
