Good call! One of the most influential artists ever.

My personal faves by Dylan are "The Hurricane" and "Tangled up in Blue". Don't know why, but my faves on every Dylan album tend to be the first track.

Nice, Desperate Journalist is right in my wheelhouse. Thanks for that one!

Good call on John Illsley from Dire Straits.

I just was driving cross country and heard 'School's out" quite a bit, must be on the short list of 'I heart radio' right now. I really dig the bass line in that one.

A couple more oldies I'm digging lately:
Monitor - Siouxsie and the Banshees
The Cult - Rain. "Love" is their best album by far!!

Newer stuff - Ty Segall's - Freedom's Goblin (2018) is showing promise.

Monitor is such a stellar track, it's likely my favourite SATB track (I go back and forth between that one and Night Shift). The entire Juju album really is divine, probably their best. I actually played Monitor on my show within the last couple weeks (I do an 80's alternative deep dive on a local college radio station). And agreed on Love, although Electric is a close second.
