I think you mis-typed a word in your response so I fixed it for you.
Hahaha, no. I love a big plate of pasta and sauce with 8 pieces of garlic bread. Can't do that every other day anymore though, unless I want to weight 100 kilos.

Herein lies part of the problem - pasta is supposed to be a *small* portion. And one piece of garlic bread, if you must. :mrgreen:
