I have read of numerous people playing large instruments on 14ers:

Have someone done this on all 14ers? Whats the largest musical performance on a summit? (Excluding the two drive ups) I have read of whole choruses performing on the summit.

Why large instruments? Does it count more? This would be an incentive to learn my flute better, so I could even bring a piccolo. My clarinet is heavy and bulky enough that I’d need to bring a fairly large backpack. Glad I don’t have a saxophone, even though I can play one.
I’ve only heard of a few summits getting the musical treatment.

Alphorns have a long tradition on the mountains.

Appropriate genres-
Nontechnical peaks: rock
Technical peaks: some metal allowed, and even rap.
There are a few classic(al) routes; I guess they are the exception to the above?

Full double bass drum kit with gong is the only way to go.
