South side of La Sals, Mount Peale. Rumor has it that the fire jumped Geyser Pass today but the wind is in our favor.

Anyway for any canyoneers out there, it burned Pleaidis Canyon.
I'm old, slow and fat. Unfortunately, those are my good qualities.

Yeah, we saw the smoke from that from I-70 on our way back from escalante yesterday evening. Uggh.
