Peak ID - Oregon

Post by bdloftin77 »

My in-laws went on a 3 week trip to Oregon recently. Any idea which peak this one is? Could be in N Cal or WA, but likely in Oregon.

Looks like Mt Jefferson to me.

Nevermind, definitely Mt. Hood, from the WNW. Right sky line is upper part of Yocum Ridge me thinks.

Thanks, I think you're right! I'd investigated Hood with Google Earth, but from the wrong side.

Looks like they might have taken it around here: 45.437, -121.757.
