Congratulations Sean! Truly amazing to do all of those peaks in 9 days. Those peaks are known to be tough and remote and you did them all so fast wow.
You added a new FKT to your resume, along with your CA 14ers FKT which is totally crazy at 2 days and 14 hours.
It was great meeting you near Peak 15 summit when you did another awesome link up that day.
Drdirtbag does it again!!

Awesome, Sean! Still crushing it after all these years...
Nobody climbs 14ers anymore, they’re too crowded.

Congratulations on the FKT!!! Those aren't easy to break, let alone to destroy!!!
I expect no less though from someone with my own name. :)

Sarcasm or not, it's not even funny to post something like this. Not at this time. Reported.

Thanks, all! The northern Winds are a rugged, difficult, special place, to which I have been meaning to return for a long time. Eric Gilbertson's FKT last year finally gave me the impetus to do so. I'll write more about each day as I have time, but for now here is an overview, which will link to the detailed reports as I write them: http://www.drdirtbag.com/2021/09/10/wyo ... ord-9d23h/

Sean seriously gives Killian Jornet a run for the money...probably the fastest mountain runner in all of north america.

Thanks, Matt! But having done the Italian Ridge of the Matterhorn, which Kilian round-tripped in just under 3 hours, I know that he's in a whole different league on both trails and technical terrain. His time is simply unfathomable.

Sean must have been tired when he posted. His time was 8d23h, not 9d23h. WOW!

Thanks! I was indeed tired and rushed. It's not often that a good night's sleep saves you a whole day on a route... ;-)

holy cow, that is incredible. Just going solo on Francs is way above my risk tolerance. He has balls of steel. Hopefully not coated with bacon grease. That is insanely fast for such rough terrain.
