Lemosho to Northern Circuit. Then up to School Hut and hitting Gillman's and Stella Points before reaching the summit.

How crowded was Lemosho? I have read it's considered less crowded than other routes, but hard to tell what that translates to. Also what tour company did you go with?

Kind of crowded for the first two nights camps at Big Trees an Shira 1, but once we go to Moir Huts and the Northern Circuit it wasn't that bad.

22 days in Tanzania...

4 days on Mt Meru...

8 days on Mt Kilimanjaro…

4 days on Safari…

Over 7,000 pictures taken...

It was hard…

It was exhausting…

It pushed my body to it’s limits… and beyond…

BUT IT WAS WORTH IT!!!

A report and pictures covering my planning for this challenging trip, getting to Tanzania, and my time in Moshi and Arusha:

A report and pictures covering my trek up and down Mt Meru:
https://wandering.earth/index.php/2019/ ... 9-mt-meru/

A report and pictures covering my trek up and down Mt Kilimanjaro:
https://wandering.earth/index.php/2019/ ... nd-photos/

A report and pictures covering my end of trip Safari and some final thoughts on the entire trip, successes and failures:

So what can I possibly do to top that trip?

Enjoyed reading all your reports. Congrats on the summits and seeing wild animals. Sorry about no rhinos. Four of my neighbors went to South Africa and Zimbabwe for three weeks in September. They said they got lucky and saw about every animal you could including many rhinos.
