And another vote for Unc, if your vehicle can make it to the 4WD trailhead. As alternative, maybe consider Handies. It's pretty and probably the easiest 14er in the area. If going for Redcloud anyway, I would add Sunshine (but that makes it much longer than the other two options).

Handies is beautiful, arguably the easiest 14er hike of all, and is much nicer a stroll than either Sunshine or Redcloud.

If you can get to the TH - Uncompahgre hands down. I go back and forth between Unc and Wetterhorn (not the best first choice since it’s class 3) as my favorite peaks due to how pretty they are and the basins below them are.
